Is anyone here registered to bid in tomorrow's (5/9) tax sale?  If so, please let me know who you are and I'll put you in touch with the person looking for you.  An investor who wants to bid on one of the properties but didn't register in time is looking to make some kind of arrangement.  Thanks.

Did your client find a source to use for bidding? I followed the county auction and I was surprised at the selling prices of both the improved real estate and the vacant lot prices. I couldn't track everything but the ones I did comp were sold at a price which didn't factor the risk unless all risk was mitigated in advance.

For example a standard size vacant lot in Oceanside sold for $175,000. The last lot sold for $120,000+/- a year ago. Someone really had to do their homework to bid on this.

Thank u for that info. I think he decided he just didn't start pursuing this soon enough, since the sale was going to be early the next morning.
