Like to start a discussion board on the Marshall Reddick network. Have anyone here been to their monthly meetings in multiple cities across southern California? Have anyone bought properties through their network of real estate agents?

In theory, their system seems sound. I was a little concern they seems very rosy about the real estate market even in peak areas like Florida, CA. The network however, seems like a convenient way to start investing in real estate, and they offer group purchasing power and supposely they will keep the property managers in line.

Any opinions and actual experience with them?

Please google his name and read some of the links from people with no financial interest in selling his products.  This is but one example:

I'm not saying "do" or "don't", I'm just saying be informed.

Try this test.  Type to name of the guru in google and then add the word scam and see your results.

Type in names like Marshall Reddick or Russ Whitney and then try names like Bruce Norris and John T Reed.

I have personally bought many Marshall Reddick properties and am happy with them.  Is everyone of them going to be perfect? No, nothing is ever perfect, but if you follow his system and hold on you will see that he consistently picks winners and he has done this for 30 years.  He has always been very approachable and if you contacted him with your story he would try to resolve your problem.  It's amazing how quickly people get slammed these days? Sad fact...

I have bought through his network. I have had good a bad experiences.

I believe they have some very good and some very BAD brokers in the

Network. They do paint a very rosie picture of real estate and how easy it is to make lots of money through real estate.

I do find his Millionaire program rather disturbing.

You really need to do your Homework before you buy anything with this network.

Good Luck!

I've gone to many Marshall Reddick meetings and appreciate it from a motivation perspective.  I think that there is some good there.  I think the one downside is they seem to be permanently preaching buy, buy, buy and always painting a rosy picture.

They also never delve enough into the details and what can go wrong with out-of-state investing.  The never talk about people losing money.  It's always this mantra of: "you can never go wrong with real estate, it's always a good time to buy".

I also found some of their realtors in different areas unreceptive, not returning calls, etc...   I'm not sure what the big difference is to just buying yourself on your own and finding your own property mgmt.

But in summary, I think the Marshall Reddic groups are overall a positive thing to attend their meetings as there is a lot of good there.

I like the way some other put it. Treat their bokers like any other brokers and evaluate them accordingly. Evaluate their deal objectively.

Their research on real estate they present seems sounds but I don't think they offer the best deals on properties but sometime they do have good deals. They are definitely too rosy for obvious reasons. They are in business to sell homes.

So where do we think Orlando florida is headed in the next 3 years.

Up,Down or Flat. In 3 years where will it be?

Does anyone have any insight into where Florida is headed?
