As a former resident of San Diego and knowing the RE market there, I see so many deals
here in the Nashville, TN area that I think you would love.  If you have done much research
on the hottest markets around the country, you will see that Nashville, TN is definitely one.

I don't claim to know the future but I can tell you what the facts are now and the outlook by the experts.
I also don't know what Tucson has/had going for it, i.e. being in a state that has no state income tax, having a huge music industry (Nashville being Music City USA), having an Ivy League University (Vanderbilt University), and other top-ranking Universities such as Belmont that ranks very high in music education, having a huge medical science industry and many more attractions and advantagesfor investors but I can tell you that with everything Nashville and surrounding areas have going, many of us do not foresee it popping.
