The Turpin house is perfect for a Reality TV show.

As long as the mortgage, taxes and insurance are kept up, it can just sit there.  If the mortgage isn't paid, it can be foreclosed.  If taxes aren't paid it will eventually go to a tax lien sale.  If it is not kept up for a very long time it could be condemned.  

Given the amount of internal damage, it is probably a knock down.  Even so, it will probably be sold at a discount due to the notoriety.  

It could be the perfect house if your punk rock buddies from college are getting the band back together.

If Skel-e-tor was a Realtor he would be Skel-tor.
