I will do work for a combination of a percentage of a project- up to 80% discounted fee- referrals and promotion.

Anything from exceptional design to basic drafting.

We are a small progressive, relatively young, award winning studio specializing in residential and commercial projects.  We have been honored with a prestigious Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects San Diego for our work in the house Las Flores, besting more than 90 projects executed by some of the largest and most high profile architectural firms in San Diego and the U.S.

We also participate in international competitions.  In our last participation we reached the third and final stage for a theater complex in Estonia.  At the moment I am working on an international competition for a chapel in San Antonio, Texas.

I am very interested in talking with you so that we can discuss your projects and your needs.  I am very interested in working with serious forward thinking individuals and companies.  We will work hard to not only design a building but a whole experience.

You will find that we are very competitive in our pricing and our design quality is hard to match even by huge long established firms.

Thank you.  Please feel free to contact me at anytime.

I work on and off with a team of people here, and will gladly share your contact information with those people as well as people that I work with on other projects.

My own company specializes in finding out the stories of how a property came to be in whatever situation it is in, via first person interviews/reviews of documents and putting everything together.  It's a unique approach in the fact that we go beyond the cold hard numbers, and find the stories which is what makes the project really workable in the end.

We also conduct a similar service for legal services, but I haven't run into many court cases here.

Alex,

I have clients ranging from people trying to buy a fantastic bank owned house which has a long history to new investors who want to learn how to find people, I am sure that at least some of my eclectic client base will be glad to hear that I added a design and drafting contact to my virtual toolbox.

My team also helps get historical place documentation filed forconsideration.
